Dwarfs
Overview
The Dawi are an ancient and enduring people whose realm, Karaz Ankor, is founded upon the mountain holds of the Worlds Edge Mountains. They are renowned as miners, smiths, engineers, warriors, and keepers of runic lore.
In the Age of Reckoning
The old war against the Greenskins has broken forth again. Dwarf warriors march with the Oathbearers and the wider hosts of Order to defend their holds, reclaim what was lost, and answer ancient wrongs.
Culture and Identity
Dwarf society rests upon clan, hold, ancestry, oath, and memory. A promise is a binding thing, an insult may endure for generations, and unresolved wrongs are entered into the Great Book of Grudges. Dwarfs honour their Ancestor Gods and work magic through enduring runes rather than the unbound Winds of Magic.
