Ulthuan

Canon Overview

Ulthuan is the island-continent homeland of the High Elves, lying within the Great Ocean between the Old World and Naggaroth. Its ten kingdoms form a great ring around the Inner Sea, divided between the outer lands and the protected inner realms.

The island was grievously wounded during the Sundering, when civil war and sorcery divided the Elves. Though diminished from its greatest age, Ulthuan remains a realm of ancient cities, disciplined hosts, dragon-haunted mountains, and unmatched magical learning.

Known Connections

The Dark Elf invasion makes Ulthuan one of the principal fronts of the Age of Reckoning. Aestian, Selinora, Feoran, and Vanyael defend the island through the war effort associated with the Shining Guard.
