The Inevitable City
Canon Overview
The Inevitable City stands somewhere within the Chaos Wastes, reached by lonely roads that ensnare travellers and return them to its gates. Its distance and shape defy certainty: the city may appear close or impossibly remote, and those who turn away may find it waiting before them once again.
Black dust covers its walls. Daemons, mutants, and lost souls haunt its streets, and tales claim that the city can rebuild itself so long as a single stone remains. Though closely bound to Tzeentch, beings sworn to all four Dark Gods may be encountered within it.
Known Connections
The city serves as a great seat and gathering place for the forces of Chaos. It stands opposite Altdorf as a principal centre of the war between Destruction and Order.
